New Project Announcement: The Freight Building, Castleforbes Office Development

Alucraft Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment to design, fabricate and install the entire façade package on The Freight Building at Castleforbes Business Park in Dublin’s city centre.

The commercial office building will range in height from 6 to 9 storeys with a total gross floor area of c. 10,265sq.m. and is planned to achieve LEED Gold, NZEB & WELL Gold.

We will deliver a bespoke Schüco unitised façade incorporating laser-cut panels, complex angled panels and complex trapezoidal pop-out windows in this modern, sustainable office development.
