Percy Place

This luxury mixed-use development at Percy Place, Ballsbridge comprises of 3 storeys of high-end residential apartments and offices over retail units and restaurants. It takes advantage of the unique views up and down the Grand Canal, while carefully integrating into the surrounding urban fabric.

In conjunction with ODOS Architects design requirements, Alucraft used a wide selection of Schuco architectural products on this project ranging from, the AWS 65 thermally improved commercial window system which incorporated a unique solid spandrel insulated panel, manufactured from aluminium and finish in a Black RAL 9004 Matt Black, while the adjacent glazing comprised of high performance Triple glaze units with a special silver Low E coating to reduce heat loss internally.

Large format sliding doors were manufactured from the Schuco ASS 70 Sliding Door System incorporating either, high performance double glazed or triple glaze units depending on the door location and orientation of the glazing.
