Alucraft Ltd. is pleased to have been appointed to design, fabricate and install the entire façade package on Two Grand Parade, located in Dublin’s city centre along the Grand Canal.
The Two Grand Parade development involved refurbishing a protected landmark 1960s building and a new extension linked via a glazed atrium lobby.
Alucraft has completed the work, replacing all steel framed glazing from the first through to the sixth floor, entry doors, and two glazed stair cores within the existing building.
The glazing system to the new extension’s façade consists of numerous Schuco FWS50 + capped & FWS50+ SG, with feature fins fixed off the East & South elevations. It also includes several curved curtain wall stick FWS50+ SG windows & rectangular windows glazed into the brick pop-out construction.
The existing building and extension are linked via a striking triple height atrium which we are installing using a highly bespoke steel Raico fully SG system.
Two Grand Parade is a spectacular 106,000 sq. ft. LEED Platinum workspace.
