The reinvented space will also make it one of Birmingham\u2019s largest available office floorplates at over 27,000 sq ft with floor to ceiling height windows.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside the office space, this multimillion-pound transformation also includes the creation of an impressive double-height reception area, a cafe, fitness studio and bouldering and two communal roof terraces.
