Conflict of Interest
We recognise the importance of adhering to the principles of ethical business conduct in the successful delivery of its activities and are committed to operating its business both sustainably and responsibly. This policy sets out what should happen if a person working within The Clarison Group has an actual or perceived conflict of interest, who should be informed, and what process should be followed.
We support all best working practices to fulfil the requirements of waste management, the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992, and the Protection of the Environment Act 2003 as well as relevant national and European regulations.
We understand that modern slavery is a crime as well as a violation of fundamental human rights. We strongly condemn any forms of slavery, including servitude, forced labour, and human trafficking, or any form of work where an individual’s freedom is compromised for company profit.
