Ronnie joined Alucraft as Managing Director in January 2021, with over 30 years of experience in the specialist façade industry, including 20 on the Board of Directors. Having worked in previous roles, including Technical Director responsible for the design, engineering and production of large scale projects across the UK and USA. He has a wealth of experience and a widely recognised understanding of the façade industry. As Managing Director, Ronnie is now leading the company’s growth by focusing on being the preferred choice of its customers through his commitment to excellence of service.

Jack holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering and Accountancy. He has 30 years of experience in main contracting and façade delivery with international experience in Africa, Europe and the UK.

Mark joined Alucraft in April 2018 as Finance Manager and has progressed within the group to Finance Director for both Alucraft Ireland and Williaam Cox in that time. He is a qualified ACCA accountant and has 7 years of experience managing finance departments, with a proven ability to analyse, interpret, and communicate financial data to all levels of the business.

Shane joined Alucraft in 1998 as a Façade Designer after graduating from DIT Bolton Street. A qualified structural engineer and project manager, Shane has helped Alucraft grow from strength to strength with over 20 years of experience in the façade industry.

Alan joined Alucraft as Operations Director in January 2024, with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing operations. As a qualified Engineer, Alan’s approach to lean manufacturing and business improvement was formed in the automotive industry. He subsequently held senior leadership roles with responsibility for manufacturing and distribution across multi-site, global operations. In recent years, Alan has been applying his experience to off-site manufacturing operations within the construction industry, including pre-cast component and unitised façade producers.

Ken joined Alucraft in March 2018 and brings with him over 30 years of experience in architectural aluminium systems and the façade industry. He holds a Diploma in Architectural Technology as well as a Master’s Degree in International Selling.

David joined Alucraft in February 2017, bringing with him more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry both in Ireland and in Continental Europe. David’s arrival at Alucraft coincided with the commencement of a steady growth period within the company and he has played an integral part in Alucraft’s development during this phase.
