Leadership Development Programme
The 5th October was a landmark day for Alucraft as we proudly launched our inaugural Leadership Development Programme. Despite the challenges posed during this pandemic period, the company managed to create a COVID-19 secure environment for our first cohort of 6 managers to commence their training. The programme operates on a Group-wide basis, capturing the benefits that cross-company collaboration brings, and providing a compelling learning experience focussed on a variety of subjects including communication, performance management, leadership styles and personality. The multi-module programme will operate across a 12 month period and has been created on a bespoke basis for Alucraft in conjunction with ‘InsideOut Learning’.
Our Group HR Director Paul Gregson commented; “I’m absolutely delighted that we’ve launched this programme given the many challenges faced in this difficult period. Our investment in employee development is an important strategic objective for the Group and we intend to ensure that our training and career development offering is second to none within the industry. The feedback from delegates after this first event has been really positive, and we plan to get even better as we progress”.
