New Project Announcement: 25 North Wall Quay

Alucraft Ltd is delighted to be appointed by IPUT Real Estate Dublin on the 25 North Wall Quay office redevelopment project situated on Dublin’s River Liffey.

This project will involve a comprehensive renovation of the existing office structure, marked by the addition of two new floors and a complete overhaul of the existing glazing system. The south façade will undergo a significant transformation with an innovative twin-wall construction, skilfully designed to accommodate BMS-controlled blinds and external hinged laminated glazing. This design, in collaboration with Schüco UK Limited, prioritises ease of access for maintenance and cleaning purposes.

The remaining glazing system will be Schüco UDC 80 SG curtain walling, with Schüco FW 60 SG curtain walling on the ground floor entrance, ensuring a modern and efficient envelope for the building. The integration of stone cladding will further enhance the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of the development. The stair cores will also feature backlit glass panels finished with aluminium mesh, adding a unique and captivating element to the overall design.
