New Project Announcement: Central Park Block N1

Alucraft Ltd. are pleased to announce the appointment to design, fabricate and install the entire façade package on Block N1 Central Park commercial development in Leopardstown, Dublin.

Installation commenced on site this month and we look forward to completing the façade on this prestigious campus-style office block. The facade package includes unitised and stick curtain walling, point fixed glazing to the scenic lifts, structural glass fins to support the glazed main entrance, aluminium feature fins, stone cladding, a feature rooflight over the atrium and internal glass fire screens.

The development consists of three separate office buildings; N1, N2 and N3 over a shared lower ground and basement car park. The development will provide 47,000 m² of high-quality office accommodation for up to 3,700 people.
